Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wellness products, orders are non-refundable once shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To report an issue, email us at support@lavionwellness.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation stops future billing and shipments.
Previously processed payments are non-refundable.
