Co-Founder
Johnny brings an entrepreneurial mindset, a natural ability to build relationships, and a lifelong passion for staying active and performing at his best.
Approaching 60 and still an avid basketball player and golfer, Johnny is living proof that getting older doesn't have to mean slowing down or giving up the activities you love. His personal focus on recovery, energy, mobility, and longevity helped shape LavION's commitment to creating wellness solutions that fit into real life.
At LavION, Johnny helps lead business development, strategic partnerships, and community growth, connecting the brand with athletes, providers, wellness professionals, and people looking for innovative ways to support how they feel and perform.
For Johnny, the goal is simple: keep moving, keep performing, and keep doing what you love—at every age.
Jessica Hampton
Co-Founder
Jessica brings a background in financial services, product management, operations, and strategy, along with a passion for building businesses and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Now in her 50s, Jessica is passionate about longevity, energy, and redefining what healthy aging can look and feel like. Her interest in advanced wellness became even more personal after experiencing the limitations of traditional options while recovering from a shoulder injury—ultimately helping inspire the vision behind LavION.
At LavION, Jessica helps lead brand strategy, product development, customer experience, partnerships, and growth, with a focus on making innovative wellness solutions more accessible, convenient, and easier to incorporate into everyday life.
For Jessica, LavION is about more than feeling better today. It's about helping people stay active, energized, and engaged in the lives they love for years to come.

Dr. Keith Johnson, MD
Medical Director
For nearly 30 years, Dr. Keith Johnson has pursued clinical and surgical excellence while exploring innovative approaches to orthopedic care, recovery, performance, and overall wellness.
A board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Johnson’s experience spans advanced sports medicine and joint reconstruction as well as regenerative and minimally invasive approaches, including PRP, BMAC, exosome-based therapies, awake micro-arthroscopy, robotic-assisted MAKOplasty® and total joint replacement.
His distinctive approach was shaped in part by his own childhood experience with severe asthma and ultimately inspired what he calls “SM-Art Wellness” — the Science of Medicine combined with the Art of Wellness.
Licensed in Arizona, Texas and New Mexico, Dr. Johnson has spent decades caring for everyday patients, weekend warriors, and professional athletes. He also created The PRO Clinic (Phoenix Regenerative Orthopedic Clinic) in Scottsdale, serving the Greater Phoenix Valley.
As Medical Director of LavION Wellness, Dr. Johnson brings nearly three decades of clinical experience and a shared belief in a more personalized approach to health, recovery, performance, and wellness.
