Johnny brings a hands-on, real-world approach to wellness and performance. Now in his 50s and still playing basketball and golf regularly, he understands firsthand the importance of recovery, energy, and consistency at every stage of life.
Through years of working directly with clients in high-demand environments, Johnny saw the need for more accessible, effective solutions—helping shape LavION's focus on simplicity, performance, and real-world usability.
Jessica Hampton
Jessica brings a background in financial services and operations, with a focus on building scalable, high-performing systems. Now in her 50s, she became increasingly focused on energy, longevity, and supporting long-term vitality, overall wellness, and appearance.
Through daily functional training and an active lifestyle, Jessica prioritizes strength, consistency, and feeling her best. After dealing with a shoulder injury and experiencing the limitations of traditional options, she sought a more effective, convenient solution. That personal experience helped drive the creation of LavION—bringing peptide delivery into a more refined, accessible format without compromising results.
A shared vision

Outside of building LavION, they prioritize an active lifestyle—often walking 2–4 miles daily with their dog, Harley—reinforcing their belief that consistency, movement, and simple routines are the foundation of long-term wellness.
